Does anyone know how to change the Menu-Tab View in 6280 theme, in the program there is only one choice to change the tab menu item highlight only !!

i make a black theme and i wanna to change the default blue back ground in the tab menu view

also in the music palyer window and radio windo i cant change the window look

what can i do plz help
i wanna develop themes in different colors
