Installation problem in E70

I can't install any Java MIDP 1.0 or 2.0 programs to my Nokia E70. I've tried to install them via OTA or PC Suite. The error message is Unable to install.

I also have tried to different JAD configurations, but nothing seems to help.
My latest version of JAD file

MIDlet-1: Test, /icon.png, Test
MIDlet-Jar-Size: 7033
MIDlet-Jar-URL: Test.jar
MIDlet-Name: Test
MIDlet-Version: 1.13
MicroEdition-Configuration: CLDC-1.1
MicroEdition-Profile: MIDP-2.0

Application is very simple and it doesn't use any additional Java APIs.

I've also tried to install the jar-file directly.

All the applications i've tried to install work at least on 6600, N71, 6280...

Do you have any ideas to solve this problem?

Have you changed the settings from Menu -> Tools -> App. Manager -> Settings:

Software Installation: All
Online Certif. check: Off

That works for me.

I had changed the settings, but it didn't help..

Can you try to install any of the Forum Nokia sample applications? For example, the found in this package: Introduction to developing networked midlets using Bluetooth.

If it still does not work, try reformatting your phone: hold Green Dial Key + 3 + Star Key (*) during boot up.

CLDC 1.0 didn't help eather. I tried also to install Forum Nokia Sample App, but the same error message came. So i guess, i have to try reformatting...

I wish Nokia could fix this problem quickly so none of our customers won't have to do this reformatting...

It's not in every E70 - Mine had never that problem. I guess you just happened to have something wrong causing the problem.

In very unusual circumstances, like a reboot or loss of power in the middle of a software installation, a bad-formatted memory card or some other problem of this sort, the filesystem may become unstable or corrupted, so a reformatting solves the problem.

However, please note that this is an exception, not the rule!

U not right, reformatting isn't solution !!!
The problem is ... that Installer have a bug !!! than U install JAR from Internet by JAD and connection is lost, installation is interapted AND U are in trouble !!!
After this U can't install any more JAR and can't see in APP.Manager Ur allready installed JARs

Do u know this !?! Do U know which files are responsyble for that !?!
Any ideas =) ???

One more thing .. i found file Z:\System\swipolicy.ini
