Does Wap Toolkit 1.2 work in Windows 98?

I have been trying to install Wap Toolkit 1.2 to our computer classroom for educational purposes, but have not been able to get the software work on Windows 98 (Finnish version).
I have installed the latest Java runtime, all possible Win98 patches and updates, but all I get is the hourglass pointer appearing for a second or two, then nothing happens.

You must cancel the spaces (1 2) between the name of default directory (Nokia1Wap2Toolkit) during the set-up.

Also check to see if JRE1.2.2 is installed? English Win 98 installed the Toolkit with no problem. BTW, Toolkit 1.3 is better with the 7110 simulator.
