Can anyone provide me a link for knowing the jsr support for phones for all manufacturers.

I don't think there is such a link (with hundreds of manufacturers making thousands of devices, and with many not releasing device details, it'd hard to find a single place with "everything").

Anyway, for all the Nokia devices, you can go to http://forum.nokia.com/devices and look through the device specs there.
