Serial number for 40 Platform SDKs doesn't work!

Hello Im trying to install the 40s SDK but I always get a message that the serial number does dose not match the user name

Please help!!!

Forum Nokia guys are on their way for updating their servers. I guess still there are some trouble/pending work. You can see the statement from Ron here in this link

I have seen in another thread of yours regarding some problems with Theme studio. Does it mean that you have cleard the serial number problem?

Thanks , Firstly i am not sure where to obtain a SERIAL NUMBER , i find the site very confusing .

You could request the Serial Number of different Nokia Tools and SDK's here
