Send SMS message via bluetooth to a LOCAL phone

Hello,

I am currently developing a PC application which uses bluetooth to:
1. find out which phones are in the vicinity
2. send a sms message to these phones.

I know that it is possible to use AT commands to send sms messages from a PC via a locally connected (bluetooth) phone to another remote phone:

PC --bluetooth: virtual com port, AT commands ->phone1 --GSM net-->phone2

In this case phone1 is used as a relay point. Unfortunately I have been unable to find out if it is possible somehow to send a message via bluetooth immediately to the connected phone:

PC <-bluetooth: ??? sms message -->phone

Is there way to do this?

can we set application settings in nokia 6600 or other for messaging?

By deault nokia provide the application settings-> messaging-> ask every time

but i want to set it to always allowed... in any way....

can any body guide me how can i?

i kind of working on the same thing but instead of an application i need just the code to send the messages or sms to the phone.

does anyone have any idea where i can start...
