Link required for downloading Carbide C++ developer edition

Hi,
We were trying to import bld.inf files to Carbide C++ IDE express edition for S60 platform but obtained a lot of errors while importing and building. We want to move to Carbide C++ developer edition.

Please provide us with the link for downloading Carbide C++ developer edition.

The Carbide C++ developer edition will be released only in September 2006.

Is there any other way to import S60Webkit bld.inf file in Carbide C++ IDE express edition so that we do not get any errors while importing bld.inf?

We have got the following errors while importing bld.inf file to Carbide C++ IDE express edition :

Error detected on token EPOCALLOWDLLDATA
Error detected on token CAP_APPLICATION
Error detected on token RESOURCE


The line containing CAP_APPLICATION token in WebUi.mmp file is:
CAPABILITY CAP_APPLICATION DRM ProtServ NetworkControl -Location

The line containing RESOURCE token in ResLoader.mmp is:
START RESOURCE ..\data\webkit_gcce.rss


Any pointers for resolving the above mentioned issues would be useful.

Hi,

To work around EPOCALLOWDATA, just remove it from the .mp file as it would have no impact on the import and then readd it to the project properties once you have imported.

To work around CAP_APP.., just find the capabilities that are defined by this and add the capabilities separately (or just delete it and add capabilities manually as per above).

For the RESOURCE, use TARGETPATH for the location, the RESOURCE statement only supports "pure file name"
