how to create WLAN access point ?

Hi,
I need some advice,

I would like to to add WLAN access point to IAP database (I have network name, user and password)

Does anyone has link to good documentation or a code example showing how to do this ? there is nearly nothing when I am searching in nokia documentation

Did you work out how to do this?
Documentation is fairly clear, but the actual commsdat, as exported by ceddump.exe does not appear to use commsdat for storing the WLAN specific information!
