Installing application to 6310i

Hello
I finally managed to compile and package my application for Nokia 6310i but I have a problem installing it. I tried sending the application via Bluetooth (jad and jar files) but I got a message that the device cannot process this files.
I tried sending a SMS with the URL of the application but there is no option to get from the SMS message to the URL

Does any one know how to install an application on this device?!

hi,

open .jad file in text editor and check key:

MicroEdition-Profile:

it could be that you are trying to install MIPD 2.0 application on device which has only MIDP 1.0 support,
also check key:

MicroEdition-Configuration:

6310i supports only MIDP 1.0/CLDC 1.0:

Assuming your MIDP/CLDC versions are right...

How have your performed that? Have you tried Nokia PC Suite? Are you sure you have any other Java application installed?
