Where to find Series 60 MMS SDK plug-in version

Hello,
The "Development Environment for MMS v.12-05-02" says that there should be plug-in version of Series 60 MMS SDK. Unfortunately I didn't find it in Messaging and Symbian areas of the Forum Nokia. So... subject.

Series 60 SDK v0.9 includes this add-on, also "Nokia Developer's Suite for MMS " includes this component for older Series 60 SDK.
