This can be done by using Logomanager to send SMS. You can download this program from http://http://www.logomanager.co.uk/ .You can also send the flash news (popup msg) through this program. But I just want to know is there any way to input flash SMS directly from mobile?

Hello!
Phone UI can't be used to send Class 0 or 2 messages. Please see old threads about the blinking SMS messages.
