N3250 error message

When I try to intall a SIS file created with S60 V.3, the N3250 phone shows me the following messagge: "installation of `file.sis´not supported"... could someboby tells what I´m doing wrong???

AFAIK , you can only install signed SIS files in S60 3rd Edition devices.

Also check that application installation for unsigned apps is allowed.
Application Manager->Options->Settings->Sofware Installation is set to "All"
