Testing symbian application for symbian signing!!!

Hi,

I have developed an application. I have tested it quite extensively. There are many test criterias defined by Symbian. There is a automation test tool application by Digia "AppTestLite_S60_20_1.0.42.sis". There are 28 steps in this tool. It is always aborted at step 10, reporting user aborted the process. I have just followed the steps as required, I have to aborted anything. This application simply does not work.

Is there anybody who has successfully test his/her application before symbian signing? I would really appreciate if somebody could explain how I make sure that my application will pass the symbian signing test.

basically just check each test case defined for symbian signing, and make sure your applications passes them.No need to use any non-symbian made testing programs.

Thanks for you prompt reply. Could you please give your own experiance of how you test the application for symbian signing. I am little bit confused about it. There a very big documentation "Symbian_signed_test_criteria.pdf". I read it but that is not so easy to understand.

basically there is no short cut, just go thought each case and check that your application would pass it. I would think there are really not-so many cases there, and they will do excatly the same in symbian signing, so you should in all cases do it first.
