Nokia 6280 problem with phone memory!

Hi, i am a new guy here in this forum and i hope you will help for me.
I downloaded some themes, change from one to other in my phone,
but after 3 weeks i could not change them because there was no free memory in my phone (not in memory card). I have no games, java aplications... I can see that there are used ~200kb, but phone is showing for me that there are free space only ~150kb, while there should be ~6mb.
I tried reseting factory setings (didn't help), switching phone off and on (didn't help), removing battery (didn't help). What should i do? When i connecting my phone with usb cable and choosing properties the pc is showin ~7mb used, ~150kb free. I cannot find where i could erase this used space of my phone memory. Please help me.

Have you taken any pictures with the phone, or recorded audio or video? Those will eat memory pretty fast.

Looks like a lack of phone memory available, if not, your phone may need a SW update (to clean flash memory).-

i had taken photos but i stored them in to memory card not in phone memory.
about SW updating: how i could do that? where i can get SW updates?

What comes to updating the phone software, I would suggest you to contact Nokia service point in you country. Also as this is a end-user issue and these boards are intended for solving developer issues, you might be better served by posting your question on a consumer discussion board such as

Hi recently I've purchased Nokia 6280 and it was working very much fine. Yesterday I downloaded around some 7 themes from mobile9.com and woooahhh... my phone memory has got some problem... It shows only 1.1MB and rest is dead, I am fed up of this memory problem. I don't have option to even erase it. Please help me with this trouble ...
