When I send a 78 x 21 pixel operator logo to a Nokia 6210, it shows just fine. However when I send the same logo to a 3330, the image's bottom part gets cut off.

(I am sending the logo with a 6210 connected to my PC with a cable. When sending the logo has the mobile phone connected to PC got to be same model as the receiving mobile phone?)

if not why do i have this problem?

    Thank you

Normal size operator logo is only 72 x 14 pixels and not all Nokia
    phone models support bigger ones.

I dont convert the bmp's to hex myself, I have software to do it. There are lots of software you can find in search engines. I use serial cable that connects my pc to a mobile phone.
