OK, I have finally found the package and this three files.

I want to make sis file for my VPN connection.

I have Nokia E61, with firmware 1.0610.04.04 and symbian OS.

I am trying to install VPN policy, for my VPN connection to our Cisco PIX.

I have three files described below:

    .pin

    HTML Code:
    http://streznik.no-ip.org/ostalo/VPN-policy-preshared-Cisco.pin
    .pol

    HTML Code:
    http://streznik.no-ip.org/ostalo/VPN-policy-preshared-Cisco.pol
    .pkg

    HTML Code:
    http://streznik.no-ip.org/ostalo/VPN-policy-preshared-Cisco.pkg
With makesis I have created sis file, and then I used makekeys for cert.

I ran signsis.exe to create a sisx with cert.

The problem is that i get an error while installing this app. The error is that my phone is not compatible with this app.

What can I do, to resolve this?

signsis.exe is a command line tool. Go to Windows, Run and type cmd. The navigate to the directory containing the installation package you want to sign and invoke signsis on it, using the parameters described here: http://www.symbian.com/developer/tec...gnsis%2dsyntax

If none of this makes sense, you probably shouldn't be trying to use the tool yet. Download the SDK and work through the application tutorial or a helloworld example. There are plenty of beginner resources here on Forum Nokia, and most cover deploying installation packages to the phone.
