s60 emulator bluetooth issue

I can not change the bluetooth setting to "on" on my s60 fp3 emulator. I have had a lotta trouble with this. I am using Socket card, not a usb dongle. can anyone help? Every time I change the bluetooth setting to "on", I get a message :"Program closed: BTServer" and then I exit but when come back to it, it is still "off".

Bluetooth cards and dongles

*Brainboxes BL-500
*Casira
