N70 stuck on "Not allowed" on "Edit user data"

Hi everyone!

I have a N70 with a java application installed that uses the PIM API. I can't allow the midlet to write calendar events because, when I go to midlet settings, I can't set anything else but "Not allowed" (there is an "Ask every time" option but that can't be selected).

Did anyone see this before ?

You have likely a phone from an operator/carrier which has more restricted midlet security policy than what is recommended in the MIDP addendum.

Signng should help here, but first check out the security domain policy on your operators developer web site.
