How to write the interfaces

Hai all,
my application having the Engine and gui,for conncting these ( the design diagram shows the guiinterface and applicationengine interface,but i dont know how to write interface class.please give me any idea.

Not sure which SDK you are using but look for an example -- on some SDKs in the examples folder look for the appengine folder

or take the Symbian Appengines class; I'm biased because we offer it, but it's a good class
