s60 emulator needed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am new here and i need a s60 emulator to run .sis files in my computer . it is included in the s60 sdk but it is too large i cann't download the whole kit on a dial up connection so please send me any other link for emulater. my mobile phone is 7610.

Unfortunately, Forum Nokia currently don't supply SDK on CD-ROM. I have heard someone firing this idea a couple of months ago, but AFAIK it has not been realized yet.

Sending the emulator also requires bandwidth because the total size is almost 100 MB.

So I am afraid you have to find a place with faster Internet connection (university, internet cafe, ...?)

If I'm not mistaken, you want to run .sis files on your computer, is that mean you want to install .sis file on your computer using emulator?
Maybe you can install the sis file, but the application that you've installed won't run. because the .sis file contains binary for the device, and it differ from the emulator binary.
please someone CMIIW.

I never know emulator can run sis file. Is it ture? Usually after complie, the application files are ready to run on emulator. No need to run sis file

The emulator should be able to install .sis files, if the .sis file contains binaries/executables compiled for the emulator.

But when the .sis file contains binaries/executables compiled for the target device (.sis files than can be installed and run an actual phone), then the application cannot be run in the emulator.
