Import problems carbide.c++

I faced with really unexpected, errors when I tried to import my old well working (in vis studio .net) s60 3rd project, to carbide.c++

1.
I select the File/import command. After this I try to choose the mmp possibilty, i click on next, and then nothing happens .If i click on next second time, a grey window appears without anything in the middle.

2.
There were before when it worked, but it was not possible to choose an sdk, but only with my project.
With example apllications itwas possible to import. SOme of my projects was workin fine as well...
So i guess my sdk confiurations are ok.

3. Then i tried to import with BLD.INF , but then sometimes appear: "choose an mmp file"
Somtimes it's working well and possible to choose an bld.inf file. but then
"The following exception occured parsing the bld.inf file: null" appear.
My bld.inf contains 2 rows:

PRJ_MMPFILES

CellPos.mmp



What's that error mean?
Why are this bugs?

I was trying for 6 hours.
I reinstalled the carbide.c++.
Unistalled almost everything what was not needed...

some help would be great pleasure...

If you can import other projects OK with the same SDK, then post your MMP file content, if possible. There's no way to know what wrong without seeing the MMP content.

Actually i don't really think that the proble is with the mmmp file,
because
1. there are problems before i select it (as i wrote before)
2. it's workin in visual studio .net perfectly...
