AFAIK, there is no official stuff in this regard. Well, I do came across some quite different sites discussing about processing power of different devices. But I doubt whether I could post those links here. Just give a try with googling.

While googling, check also "benchmark mobile", that leads you to a number of benchmarking sites, like Futuremark and jbenchmark

I have a list of the processor speeds and the type of processor. I don't have any benchmark type graphs though. You can see the list of the processors on my site.

I also just made two posts about the TI OMAP 1710 and 2420.

Let me know if anyone has a list with the memory of the phones. Not the storage space, but the actual system RAM value. I would love to have that list.
