Why cant I send Ringtones on the nokia 3330

I try to send ring tones to my friends from my 3330 but it doesn't give me an option to send them but when I make a stupid little tune on composer it gives me an option to send it by the way I go through composer to try and send the ringtone but it doesn't work could someone help please

Hi,

Ringingtones are protected content, under copyright laws, and thus cannot be send or forward to another phone. If you create your own ringingtone in the phones' composer, you're able to send it forward.
