Critical Software Problem

Good day to all, i had this problem on my NOKIA 6630, when i insert my sim card and switch it on the screen will always stuck on the picture where there is a nokia logo with white background (the time where you switch on your handphone)

if i don't insert my sim card it will go into normal state BUT when trying to assess the timing it will say system error, while assess contact it will reset back to desktop and pressing the numbers it will reboot the system

Please Help Me.

Have you tried with inserting some other SIM cards?

Have you tried resetting your device to default factory settings ?

By the way i have try my sim card on my old handphone and it works. i also try my friends sim card but result still the same on my nokia 6630 also tried resetting the device to default factory settings
