Internet Access Configuration on 7650

Okay, but what about multipart email settings messages?
I tried to place the sar info directly behind SCKL157F157F following the smart messaging 3.0 specs, but that doesnt work.

I'm trying to configure e-mail settings on a Nokia 7650 handset.
The phone recognizes the message as a configuration message but when i try to open it it says the format is unsupported. what is wrong?

what am I doing wrong? Anyone has an example SMS with working e-mail configuration for Nokia 7650?

Here is an example for 7650, remark there is no user data header:
