Capability to close APN Connection

Hello!

I need to use Internet APN instead of WAP APN because my protocol uses UDP Sockets.

I need to close WAP APN automatically (if it is in use) and then connect to Internet APN.

Do I need any Capability to close an active APN (for example WAP APN)?
