    Hi,

    I am using
    1. Carbide C++ Express - Version 1.0
    2. S60 3rd Edition SDK Maintainence Release

    In Carbide...File | New | Symbian OS C++ Application | S60 3.x GUI Application blar blar blar.

    I receive theses errors when i attemp to build and run.

    This line uncovers your machination :-)
    So, "Documents and Settings" is a very bad place for Symbian projects, even if Carbide suggests that as default workspace.
    The basic rule: no file involved in Symbian development should have a path containing spaces.

    EDIT: Symbain became Symbian :-)

    Thank you.

    Did anyone suggest to those who developed carbide to change the default settings for the workspace directory. Effective, anyone who is using Windows will get that error as long as they use the default.
