KVM not ready

I use Eclipse 3.1.2 - Carbide.j 1.5 - 60 3rd Ed. SDK. Right after my installation with some fixes suggested by Carbide_j_Eclipse_Integration.txt, I can start some debugging with the emulator.

Now I experience the problem that whenever I start a debug session the emulator progess stops at Attach Debugger , and the Eclipse console shows multiple lines of "KVM not ready".

The app then runs on the emulator but I cannot do any debugging any more.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

This problem is intermittent. I am not sure when it will or will not happen but whenever it happens, I switches the debugger to debug over_wlan and then switch back to the PC emulator then it works again.

Rather old thread, but same problem. EclipseME

While trying to debug a midlet, the emulator pops up for a couple of seconds and the debug log shows:

Error with temporary jar file: invalid entry compressed size (expected 741 but got 743 bytes)

KVM not ready
KVM not ready

That's the end of the debug session.

Any hints?
