Symbian OS slowness??

Has anyone else noticed a slowness of the Symbian OS?? I have an E70 and when I open the phone to the full keyboard, it does a weird flashing thing and take a second or two before the keys start working (for example in Text Message mode)... anyway to improve this or is there something wrong with the OS??

You could try updating it to whatever is the latest phone software (firmware) version and see if it helps: http://europe.nokia.com/softwareupdate
