UI example with list & form required

hi all,
i am a newbie, using 2nd edition sdk on carbide 1.0 express.
i am done with the hello world & shopping list examples supplied with the 2nd edition sdk.. but now my learning curve is falling down, as all the other examples are 3 step ahead of the shopping list example, the ui part of the apps are burnin my nerves..
can any one provide an example with a list where u can say have some names, when u click on a particular entry u r take to a form where u can enter other info like contact nnumber, city, country etc. and when u r done with the form u r taken back to the list. without any extra bells and whistles such example will be of great help for all the beginers.

I think you can refer to FORM example in SDK.

the form example is in no way solution to my problem, i never said that i'm not able to create form. I just want that example so that i can work around a useful program structure..
Plz guys help me.

you can check listbox and multiviews example. These two are much related to your requirement.

thanks bro, the multiview example is good but i'm not able to get the listbox example, too many controls in one app.. almost impossible for me to follow, can you please point me to something more specific.
