Yes i think everything should work fine. yes if ur using images then different display might show different results but rest is all OK.

Just to add::
The device specific issues/bugs has to be considered.
The Max JAR size varies in different devices.
If using some graphics, the colour support varies upon different devices.
The heap memory also varies on different devices.
If you are using some optional packages like JSR 82, then the support for that API in the other devices has also to be considered.
