Microphone problem

Hi guys,

I have a Nokia 6270. But I faced a problem with this phone. When I make a call or received calls, then other parties say please speak loudly. But on there my voice was so loudly. I think my phone's microphone gone week.

Some one tell me what can I do for increasing my phone's microphone power.
