How to send Content type to send data to server

hi,
I am trying to send different contents like image,audio,video,text from my gallery to server hence to do this i have to send content type along with data in binary format.
so i have a problem to send content type along with data.
please help me out by providing the way to send different content type to server.

How are you sending the data?

With an HttpConnection you can use setRequestProperty() to set a content-type http header.

I am sending the data in binary format using outputstream
os.write(data);
as you said i had sent the content type using setRequestProperty() and now it is working thank you for your suggestion.
