    Hello!

    How can I programatically access "Images" folder when phone language is not set to English?
    Is there a general folder name that is mapped to the "Images" folder no matter the OS language file?

    I tried to use \nokia\images\ folder but it does not exist on my N73

    Dunno.... on N73, E70, E60, E61, 3250, N93 the folder is e:\Images\ and c:\data\images

    Seems like I manage to find it. I had no idea that the OS is mapping the name to it's localized name without also changing the name of the physical folder.

    Please use the PathInfo API as documented in the SDK.

    This will return the correctly localized name for the folder

    What SDK are you talking about and what documentation?
    Can't find them in the devlib.chm

    Later edit: found it in a header! Thanks!

    Code:
            /**
            * Returns images path, to be appended in root path
            * @since 2.0
            */
            IMPORT_C static const TDesC& ImagesPath();

    UIQ has a different solution
