Manufacturing Defect in 6265(india)?

Focus camera of Nokia 6265 on a single coloured surface, say a white wall, what i see is a big circle in centre showing original colour and outside that circle, screen is slightly blue. Nokia people agreed to give me a replacement for this manufacturing defect but all the replacement that they showed me had same problem. So i am sure this is a manufacturing defect that is seen in many handsets.
Single coloured surface makes it easy to see the defect, the defect is seen with any image taken.
Please let me know if you also face same problem.
