J2ME multiplayer game for Nokia 6230i via Bluetooth

Hello, my name is Lars.
I would like to develop a multiplayer game for a mobile phone.
Here is my question: Is it possible to create a J2ME multiplayer game for the Nokia 6230i via Bluetooth?
If this is possible, would this mobile phone be the best one for this project?
If this is not possible, which mobile phone would you recommend?
I would appreciate a quick answer.

No, you do not need OBEX.
Even if would you need it, you can add it yourself and supply it in your JAR.

However, please consider, a Nokia 6230i can have only one connection. Another device must be around which is more capable when it comes to 2+ multiplayer games.
