problem regarding browse on mobile

i develop one web page which is i access on mobile
in web page i wrote a code of browse button simple HTML code
to browse the file which opens the File browse on pc

when i access this same site on mobile that time browse button
diappear. i dont know what is the problem

i want to access mobile gallery using the browse button
what is the wrong with me. please give me some idea.

do you mean file upload feature? (which triggers file explorer to appear)
