    my program has the ability of:

    networkservices, localservices, readdivecedata writedevicedata.

    how to make sis file and make my program running on the real phone.

    Hello xhsoldier,

    If you want to check your application on real phone with certain capabilties,you need to get developer certificate.
    Complete process has been described on the: www.symbiansigned.com.

    For creating .sis file, you need to refer to the SDK help. It contains good explanation.
