Correction for Ranking Documentation

An error has been discovered in the SNAP Mobile: Ranking Guide for Java ME Game Developers. On page 12 of version 3.1:

Limit Max: Identifies the maximum allowable value for this stat/value pair per ranking submission. (Optional)

The Limit Max is actually the maximum allowable total value. For stats with stat type, Cumulate, Limit Max is the maximum allowable accumulative value. This field is still optional.
