XML-RPC

Hello everyone !
Is there an XML-RPC implementation in C++ for Symbian ? I saw there is for J2ME but I need it for C++. Is the only way to do it with sockets and xml parsing ? And is an xml parser built-in in Symbian9.* or should I use porting to get myself an xml parser ?
