Hi,
I am using carbide c++ express v1.0. But I ever seen an drag and drop UI designer for developing my s60 application in it. what should I do for getting an UI designer for my application at no cost.

Write one yourself. Wait for someone else to write one. Try to get someone to donate the money to buy one. Etc.
