Does E60 (S60 3rd) support Mobile Sensor API (JSR 256)?

I searched this forum, but did not find an answer to my question:
"Does E60 (S60 3rd) support Mobile Sensor API (JSR 256)?"

Does anyone know?
I am looking for documentation of what is supported and how it is accessed (examples).

answer is no, no device from Nokia family have that api yet implemented (I don't know about any other device with that api (JSR/Java implementation) implemented also)

Nokia released Mobile Sensor API specs recently,
you can grab files from here:
JSR 256 Mobile Sensor API
which has: docs, examples, customized emulator to use, "extra' tools to use during development stages

Both the Sony-Ericsson K850 and W910 support JSR-256. I've been using the API successfully on the K850 for a few weeks now and plan to start working with the W910 soon.

I don't know why Nokia has failed to exploit their early lead in getting accelerometers into their devices.
