i also tried to visit http://sw.nokia.com/ and enter some uri and got same result

i have logged-in and not using firewall.
why?

There was some temporary problem with downloading section, might be due to updation of site.
Anyways you can download from there now. It works nice for me. And i wish same for you as well.
