draw text box on canvas

Hi Friends,

Actually i want to take information from user regarding his name, address, etc on canvas (Just like on form). It's possible in Form very easy but in canvas it's not easy. Please suggest me possible outcomes.

Solution 1) The midlet displays a Form with TextFields when text input is required

Solution 2) You use Canvas all the time and implement the text field functionality from the scratch

Solution 3) Check what J2MEPolish provides in this regard
