    Hey,
I installed carbide c++ professional trial and use it, after 3 weeks, trial license expired.
Then we purchase the professional license and works fine. Afterwards, I have to delete/re-install it, but when I selected professional edition in installation process, it give me an error says: I have a trial version installed 21 days ago, I can only install express edition without advanced features.
How could I go back to professinal one again?
    Please help.

    Thanks in advance.
    Bin

You should be able to continue with the installation just fine, but won't have the advanced features until you copy your paid for license into the correct location. Did you save your license file when you uninstalled the product?

We purchased a license for v1.2 and we know that upgrading to v1.3 is free, however, by just copying the license file to the new installation didn't work. What would be the right process to upgrade our product?

    Thanks!
