Problem to generate csr file for devcertificat request

hi,
i have downloaded the symbian developer certificate request application and given the input with my private key and add the capabilities and IMEI(s), and then it is shows finish wizard. I clicked on the finish wizard, it shows the below message

"Sorry, there were problems processing your Symbian Developer Certificate Request file".

it is generated file which is speeddial type.

please anybody give me what exact problem and solution to this.

I have not encountered such a problem so far.
Would you please provide some more information about your procedure?
Step-By-Step. Means what have you done in each step in DevCert Request tool? So that someone here may help you.

Hi kiran,
anyway, i got the csr file from the devcertificat tool.
i was disabled the password in the second step.
Now i am enabled that password.
