ACS Publisher ID与UID是什么关系啊？请高手指教啊

UID is a unique ID used in Symbian application development. You have to go the following website for application:

www.symbiansigned.com

It is free for the application.

ACS publisher ID is an ID you have to apply for from a CA. In Symbian context, it should VeriSign, US. You have the supply the required documents in order to get it. Meanwhile, you need to pay some annual fee for it. If you want to sign your application, then you have to have an publisher ID first.

如果我要开发具有MulitDD, NetworkControl等敏感能力软件，那么“TC TrustCenter 将降价 US$150 来为 Symbian 开发者颁发 Symbian Signed 认证证书”

此外，还需要“Publisher ID 的价格降到 US$200(人民币 1600 元)” 么？

也就是我开发一个软件，到底是US$150 还是US$200，还是二者之和，300美元

彻底被弄糊涂了！
