Hi All,

Iam new to symbian world and i'm developing icons for S60 3rd Edition applications using SVG.I'm not getting samples of generating icons for S60 3rd edition application so any of you please guide me and post me some samples of creating icons using svg.

Hi,
1)you need to build up a .mif file using the mifconv tool or if you are using the 3rd edition sdk you could create mentioning it in the .mk file.
2) you can use AknIconUtils::CreateIconL function to create an icon using svg files.
3) If you are using svg files make sure you set the size. AknIconUtils::SetSize() would do the job.

to make things much easier..make use of the search facilty.search for "svg icon"

this has been discussed quite a number of times.
