Carbide.c++: "starter.exe" crashing all the time

I have installed the carbide.c++ 1.1 Dev/Prof Trial and while starting up the IDE, compiling or trying to debug ".\plugins\org.eclipse.cdt.core.win32_3.0.2.5\os\win32\x86\starter.exe" crashs.
Any Nokia Support out there or only for "190 euros"? I have a minidump-file here...

I have moved this to the Carbide.c++ support forum. The Carbide.c++ support team monitors this board and they can contact you here for more information. This is probably a simple problem of not having it installed correctly or not having the correct support files.
