Wireless Purchase Order Application Using Mobile Phone

I?m final year student here. I plan to develope wireless purchase order application using mobile phone for my final year project, I will use J2ME, java, JSP, SQL Server(database) to develope it. So where can I get the free nokia emulator which is suitable for my application. What about J2ME, Java and JSP, are they connect/compatible with SQL server. Any new idea or command for this application are always welcome , Thanks for your kindness and help

All the emulators that are released for developers should be available at forum.nokia.com. If you browse through the Tools section you will find links to download all that is available for developers.
